My practice has two strands.  Firstly, my painting is responsive to time spent outside, walking, camping and swimming.  I tend to work from photos when I'm able to reflect on a journey or camping trip away from normal routines and my children are elsewhere.

The second strand is site-responsive or responsive to a particular journey, route or experience.  Outcomes to a period of investigation are varied and include film, photography and sculpture.
